Tovie AI has been named as a supplier on G-Cloud 15, the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) framework that UK public sector organisations use to buy cloud hosting, cloud software and cloud support. Our chat and voice AI solutions are now listed, giving local councils, NHS bodies and other institutions a quicker route to procure them.
You can view our listing on the Digital Marketplace.
G-Cloud is the government’s main agreement for buying commodity cloud services, and G-Cloud 15 is its fifteenth iteration — and the largest overhaul in the framework’s history. It is worth around £14 billion over four years, roughly 90 per cent of suppliers on it are small and medium-sized businesses, and it consolidates G-Cloud 14 and Cloud Compute 2 into a single agreement. G-Cloud 15 is the first iteration to assess every supplier on quality, technical capability and price rather than self-declaration alone. And it is let under the Procurement Act 2023, with Cyber Essentials now mandatory for all suppliers.
A place on the framework means a buyer does not need to run an open competitive process to work with us. A council can search the catalogue, compare services, run a direct award or a further competition, and start.
Local government reorganisation is pushing authorities towards a 2028 deadline for merging systems and services, and most delivery teams do not have spare months for procurement exercises. A compliant framework route removes that step.
Our work in the UK public sector focuses on voice and text AI in adult social care and citizen services — the routine calls and enquiries that consume staff time without needing clinical or professional judgement:
- Waiting list outreach — contacting residents to confirm details, needs and availability
- Care technology check-ins — confirming device status ahead of the analogue line switch-off
- Carer assessments — 24/7 first-stage conversations, with staff handling the complex cases
- Digital switchover outreach — confirm need, flag anyone at risk, route the replacements to your team.
Every service runs with human oversight. This is not about replacing the conversations that matter to residents — it is about making sure the routine contact happens reliably so staff can spend their time where professional judgement is needed.

At Richmond and Wandsworth Councils, our voice agents made outbound calls across adult social care. 74% of calls gathered the data the council needed, and 77% confirmed device status.
Implementing AI saves around 44 staff days each month and urgent cases are escalated to council teams the same day. The conversation with an AI agent is not a pre-recorded script. It listens, updates the records, and knows when it is time to hand over.
Security and compliance
Public sector buyers assess risk before they assess capability, so it is worth setting out where we stand. Alongside our place on G-Cloud 15, Tovie AI holds:
- Cyber Essentials Plus — UK government-backed security standard
- SOC 2 Type 1 — independently audited security controls
- IBM Cloud for Financial Services Validated — a control set built for regulated industries
- GDPR compliance — with UK data residency, or on-premises deployment where required
Residents’ care data can stay within the UK, or inside your own infrastructure, and every AI-handled interaction leaves an audit trail.
If your team is planning waiting list work, telecare switchover activity or assessment capacity for the year ahead, our services are now available to procure directly through G-Cloud 15 or get in touch to discuss where AI fits in your service plan.
